Returns & Exchanges

At Bella Doña, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; ensure the barcode is visible and the package is properly sealed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
